You already know my love of mixing desserts…as evidenced by these Brookies! So clearly combining two of my favourite sorts of cookies makes excellent sense. 😉
Two Cookies, One Recipe
Snickerdoodles with their heat, candy cinnamon taste and basic chocolate chip cookies stuffed with a buttery richness and many chocolate chunks make for an incredible new cookie taste when paired collectively! In the event you’re indecisive like me in terms of choosing a baked good to make for the week, these cookies make issues EASY.
Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodles
Merely made with a mix of almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, coconut oil, date syrup, cinnamon, and (after all!) chocolate chips, these yummy cookies are:
- totally plant-based
- sweetened with dates solely (no added sugar!)
- FULL of scrumptious cinnamon taste and chocolate chunks

Grain-Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodles
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Prepare dinner Time: 8 minutes

Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a big mixing bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Whisk till properly mixed. Add coconut oil, date syrup, and vanilla, and blend till elements are properly mixed and the dough is THICK.
Fold in chocolate chips and blend till they’re evenly distributed. Utilizing a heaping tbsp, scoop dough and roll it between your arms to type a ball. Place it on the ready baking sheet. Repeat till all of the dough has been used up, after which use spatula to softly flatten the cookies.
Bake for 8 minutes, or till the sides start to show golden brown. Take away from oven and permit to chill fully on the baking sheet. Retailer cookies in an hermetic container for as much as 5 days.
